Whether it’s building endurance or lifting heavier, she’s all about helping you train smarter, not just harder. With a background in applied sport science, she uses biomechanics to fine-tune technique, boost performance, and reduce injury risk 💪 Her coaching style? Supportive, inclusive, and focused on building confidence - no matter your age or ability.

"I’m Harry, for the last 4 years I have been completing a Sports Science degree at Loughborough University. Along this journey I have done 2 years of Strength and Conditioning coaching in elite sport with
Southampton FC Academy, Loughborough Riders Basketball and Loughborough Lightning Wheelchair Basketball. Amongst my studies I have packed in as much sport as possible competing in Olympic Weightlifting and Basketball for the Uni. I love to coach and help people towards there goals and hope to bring my enthusiasm and passion for fitness into every class."

Today we pay homage to our very own Coach Becky @_fitbynoon - She’s off to fight fires👩🚒🚒 which is ironic considering she’s been the one bringing the fire to every class! 🔥
Since joining XINX Fitness and NIX Gym in 2022, Becky has brought energy, noise, and just the right amount of “you can definitely do one more rep” lies to every single class. Whether you loved her encouragement or feared it… you showed up because of it.
A woman of many talents (honestly, it’s getting a bit unfair now), Becky has gone from rugby athlete, to strongwoman, to much-loved coach… and now she’s off to become a firewoman 👩🚒 Because apparently lifting ridiculous weights and making burpees feel like a personal attack wasn’t challenging enough!
We’re incredibly grateful for everything she’s brought to the gym - the laughs, the motivation, the community, and the questionable sence of humour 🤪
Becky, you’ll be massively missed, but we couldn’t be prouder. Go smash it (preferably not with a sledgehammer, unless required 🚒).
