In each order you will receive a returns form, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return it to us in its original condition, for a refund or exchange.
We are able to offer a refund on any full price items returned to us within 14 days of receipt of order, with proof of purchase, in perfect condition, in the original packaging and with the labels still attached.
Please remember that the goods are your responsibility until they reach us XINX will not issue refunds for goods that do not arrive or arrive damaged so be sure to get proof of posting. We recommend you return your package via a secure and reliable postal service. The product you return must be in new, unused and unworn condition with all the original packaging and garment tags still attached.

In the case of an exchange, please remember to state clearly, the item you require. Should the required piece be unavailable and provided the item is in its original unworn condition and returned with the original packaging within 7 days of notifying us, a refund will be issued.
We aim to process returns within 14 days of receiving the goods. Confirmation of a refund will be sent by email. We will re-credit the original purchaser’s credit card for the sum paid, less the postal costs.
XINX is not obliged to offer a refund, repair or exchange without providing proof of purchase.
Should you have received a faulty item then we will offer a refund, replacement or exchange for the full purchase price. XINX reserves the right to examine the item in question.
XINX reserves the right to determine whether a product is faulty and conduct a production and quality check. If deemed faulty a replacement item will be shipped subject to availability or a credit note or refund issued.
For health reasons there are no exchanges or refunds on underwear.
